Get help
Email [email protected] and you will get a reply from a person. Please say which iPhone and iOS version you are on, and what the alarm did or did not do — that is almost always enough to work out what happened.
Common questions
My alarm did not ring. Check that Curio is allowed to send alarms in iOS Settings, and that Low Power Mode did not stop the app overnight. An alarm cannot ring if the phone is switched off or out of battery.
The alarm was silent in my car. When CarPlay or Bluetooth is connected, iOS may route the alarm to that device. Curio warns you on the home screen when it detects this.
I cannot answer out loud. Speaking your answer is optional and needs a network connection. Tap or type the answer instead — that always works offline.
How do I cancel Premium? Open the App Store app, tap your photo, tap Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewing.
