Get help
Email [email protected] and you will get a reply from a person. Please say which iPhone and iOS version you are on, and what the alarm did or did not do. That is almost always enough to work out what happened.
Common questions
My alarm did not ring. Check that Curio is allowed to send alarms in iOS Settings, and that Low Power Mode did not stop the app overnight. An alarm cannot ring if the phone is switched off or out of battery.
The alarm was silent in my car. When CarPlay or Bluetooth is connected, iOS may route the alarm to that device. Curio warns you on the home screen when it detects this.
I cannot get the question. Every question has a Show me the answer link after a few seconds. You still have to tap the right bubble, so the alarm is still switched off by you rather than by giving up, and it costs you the points rather than the morning.
Do I need an internet connection? No. Every question and every recorded voice line ships inside the app, so an alarm works in airplane mode and on a phone that has never been online.
How do I cancel Premium? Open the App Store app, tap your photo, tap Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewing.
